I am not the type to gush over any review about how “perfect” everything was. No big construction project will ever be perfect. Life happens- people get sick, vehicles or machines break down, plumbing or wiring turns up something unexpected. Here is what matters: I liked the people and felt absolutely comfortable with them in my home. They did quality work. If something wasn’t right they fixed it. Communication was decent. They solved problems as they turned up. I’m very happy with the final result. I would recommend them even to friends and family.

We had Eric fix a botched job by another contractor. We were transitioning 3 windows into a sliding glass door and the first contractor didn't do structurally sound work. After going through 4 other contractors that were for various rasons unable to complete the job, Eric gave us a quote and came in the rain to fix it. He followed the engineering specs and it easily passed inspection. He was no-drama. He fixed things quickly and asked a fair price. And now we enjoy our sliding glass door everyday. I highly reccommend!

I recently hired Arrowhead Construction to improve an existing outbuilding on my property as well as construct a new structure. They far exceeded my expectations, from start to finish. The entire process ended up being seamless; they were patient and flexible with me when I sought to make changes and followed through with everything promised.

Arrowhead has fully remodeled my 4000 square foot house in Applewood CO. We took a 1950s ranch and tastefully updated the flooring to custom hardwood, the paneling to drywall, remodeled 3 bathrooms including the on suite, refinished the cabinets and appliances in the kitchen, replaced the roof ,the AC including condenser, and upgraded the panel and wiring. All of these was done with Arrowhead as the GC. We also took a roughly finished converted patio and fully finished it to match the house, including a home office and a bar area. Not a small job. All the work was properly permitted and handled through Arrowhead.
We also worked with a designer, but Arrowhead was extremely accommodating in the process. I was always consulted on all changes, and change orders were always used in the statement of work. I was never surprised by any charges and had the option with everything of going economy, middle of the road or high end finish, the owner knows his stuff and will offer suggestions if you are reasonable.
Most importantly the owner and the subs he works with are very good people, I trust them to be in my house. We just wrapped up 4 years of remodeling and are extremely happy with the result. I will use arrowhead for all my GC needs into the future.
